This is the number of miles that I have run…

since I began using my Nike+ App March 5, 2011 (not bad, eh?).

It also gives me a chance to practice my lettering from Letter Love 101

Going at a snail’s pace and enjoying every moment of it!

Yesterday, in a few moments of sadness and sentimentality, I found a canvas which I used for an image transfer of my dear uncle and I in earlier days…
